1. General Information

This website is operated by WMI Wire Mesh Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (collectively “WMI Group”), comprising a network of 5 manufacturing factories nationwide. We provide information regarding concrete reinforcement wire mesh products, quotation requests, and related services.

2. Product Information and Standards

• Product Standards: WMI Group wire mesh is manufactured under TIS 737-2549 standards, using Cold Drawn Steel Wire (CDR) per TIS 747 and Cold Drawn Deformed Wire (CDD) per TIS 943 as raw materials.
• Engineering Properties: Products possess a Tensile Strength of not less than 6,230 kg/cm² (620 MPa) and a Yield Strength of not less than 5,500 kg/cm² (550 MPa), as specified in the property documents.
• Tolerance: The company utilizes high-precision machinery, controlling spacing tolerance within ±2 mm, which is more precise than the general standard criteria (±10 mm), to support work requiring high accuracy.
• Product Images: Images on the website are for advertising and illustrative purposes only. The color and physical appearance of actual products may vary slightly due to production processes and photography lighting.

3. Ordering and Production

• Since wire mesh comes in both standard sizes and custom-made sizes (width x length as required), orders for special sizes must have product specifications clearly confirmed by the customer before the production process begins.
• The company reserves the right to refuse cancellation or modification of orders for custom-made products once the production process has started, unless written consent is obtained from the company.

4. Price and Payment

• Steel prices are subject to change according to global market mechanisms. Displayed or quoted prices are valid only on the date of the quotation issue.
• An order is considered complete when the customer has paid the deposit or the full amount according to the conditions specified by the company.

5. Delivery

• WMI Group operates a network of 5 factories (Nakhon Sawan, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Nonthaburi, Chonburi). Delivery will be executed from the factory closest to the construction site to ensure speed.
• Delivery time depends on product quantity, delivery location, and the production queue at that time. The company will inform you of the delivery schedule in advance.

6. Inspection and Warranty

• Quality Warranty: WMI Group guarantees that our products are 100% full-gauge steel. You can accurately weigh or check dimensions against standards.
• Inspection: The buyer should verify the correctness of the goods (size, quantity, condition) immediately upon receipt. If any defects are found or the product does not meet TIS standards, please notify the company within the specified period (as per the delivery note) before usage.
